Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- Add remaining ingredients
- size jars baby carrots or 3 small jars
How to make carrot bars:
Mix together carrots, oil and eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Spread in greased and floured large cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool before frosting.Frosting:1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened2 c. powdered sugar1/4 c. margarine1 tsp. vanilla Beat together cream cheese with powdered sugar, margarine and vanilla.
