  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • corn syrup - 2/3 c
  • Rice Krispies - 2 c
  • margarine - 1/3 c
  • miniature marshmallows - 3 c
  • yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • salted peanuts - 2 c
  • peanut butter chips - 12 oz

How to make payday bars:

Mix cake mix, 1/3 cup margarine and egg. Bake in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan for 12 to 18 minutes at 350°. While hot, cover with marshmallows. Mix corn syrup, 1/4 cup margarine, peanut butter chips and vanilla. Heat to melt. Then add Rice Krispie
