- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- margarine - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- miniature marshmallows - 3 c
- peanut butter chips - 12 oz
- corn syrup - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- peanuts - 2 c
- Rice Krispies - 2 c
How to make salted nut rolls:
Mix cake mix, margarine and egg. Press in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Place miniature marshmallows on top and return to oven for 3 minutes. Melt peanut butter chips, corn syrup and margarine; add vanilla. Pour over peanuts and Rice Krispies. Put over marshmallows. Refrigerate.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
