Ingredients/Components
- dry mustard - 3/4 tsp
- white wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- dried oregano - 1/2 Tbsp
- spaghetti noodles - 4 oz
- carrots, shredded - 1 item
- garlic, crushed - 1 item
- crushed basil - 1/2 tsp
- sliced salami - 2 oz
- jar artichoke hearts - 1 oz
- zucchini fresh, chopped thin - 1 item
How to make pasta salad:
Cook pasta and drain. Drain artichokes; chop and save juice. In a shaker jar, mix reserved juice, oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic and basil; shake well. Mix in pasta. Add all the rest of the ingredients (add oil to taste).Recipe categories: Appetizers, Salads, Pasta.
