Ingredients/Components

  • half and half - 2 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • dry mustard - 2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • drops hot pepper sauce - 2 item

How to make cheddar cheese fondue:

Combine flour and mustard in fondue pot; set at simmer. Add half and half gradually; stir until thickened. Add shredded cheese, 1/4 cup at a time. Stir until melted. Add Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce, heat 5 minutes.

You may use any type of bread cubes.
