Cheddar cheese fondue
Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 2 c
- flour - 1/3 c
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- drops hot pepper sauce - 2 item
How to make cheddar cheese fondue:
Combine flour and mustard in fondue pot; set at simmer. Add half and half gradually; stir until thickened. Add shredded cheese, 1/4 cup at a time. Stir until melted. Add Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce, heat 5 minutes.You may use any type of bread cubes.
