Ingredients/Components

  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • jar artichoke hearts marinated are more flavorful - 1 to
  • chopped onion optional but delicious! - 1/2 c
  • crushed red pepper optional but delicious! - 1/2 tsp

How to make hot artichoke dip:

Chop artichoke hearts into coarse pieces; mix in mayonnaise and cheese. Add onion and pepper, if desired. Blend all ingredients; place in a small baking dish or loaf pan. Serve hot with crackers. Bake at 375° for 1/2 hour, or until top is lightly browned.
