Hot artichoke dip
Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- jar artichoke hearts marinated are more flavorful - 1 to
- chopped onion optional but delicious! - 1/2 c
- crushed red pepper optional but delicious! - 1/2 tsp
How to make hot artichoke dip:
Chop artichoke hearts into coarse pieces; mix in mayonnaise and cheese. Add onion and pepper, if desired. Blend all ingredients; place in a small baking dish or loaf pan. Serve hot with crackers.
