Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
  • dry white wine - 1/3 c
  • olive oil - 3 Tbsp
  • linguini - 8 oz
  • tomatoes, diced - 2 item
  • large clove garlic, pressed - 1 item
  • thinly sliced carrot - 3/4 c
  • thinly sliced broccoli stalks - 1 c
  • green onions, split and cut into 1-inch pieces - 3 item

How to make pasta primavera:

Measure oil into a large skillet or wok. Add garlic, broccoli, carrot, salt and pepper. Saute, stirring, 3 minutes. Turn off heat to preserve bright color. Cook pasta; drain. Return to pot to keep warm. To skillet, add onions, tomatoes and wine. Cover and cook 3 minutes. Serve vegetables over pasta. Top with Parmesan.
