  • container low-fat cottage cheese - 1 (12
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • dry vegetable soup - 1/2 c
  • grated fresh onion - 2 tsp
  • can water chestnuts, drained and chopped fine - 1 oz

How to make party spinach dip:

Process cottage cheese until smooth. Press spinach between paper towel until barely moist. Add spinach and remaining ingredients to cheese mixture. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate about 3 hours. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables. Makes about 3 cups.
