Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 4 oz
- sour cream - 2/3 c
- butter - 3/4 c
- bread crumbs - 2/3 c
- mayonnaise - 1/3 c
- freshly grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- can artichoke hearts, drained
- mushrooms - 1/2 lb
- tomatoes, sliced - 2 item
How to make party spinach:
Cook spinach according to directions and drain. Saute mushrooms in 1/4 cup of the butter. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and 2/3 cup of the Parmesan; stir in spinach, mushrooms and artichokes. Turn into a buttered, 9 x 13-inch dish. Arrange the toRecipe categories: Side dish, Spinach, Greens.
