Ingredients/Components
- salmon, drained, boned and flaked - 2 cans
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- prepared horseradish - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- mayonnaise
- dried dill weed
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- fresh dill or parsley optional - 1 item
- toasted bread rounds or crackers - 1 item
How to make salmon spread:
In a mixing bowl, combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Spread on a serving platter and shape into a loaf or ball. Top with sour cream. Garnish with dill or parsley if desired. Serve with bread rounds or crackers. Yields 8 to 10 appetizer servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Spreads, Salmon.
