Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
  • crushed corn flakes
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • bag frozen hash browns - 1 (2
  • 1/2 sticks margarine, melted - 1 item
  • salt or garlic salt - 1 tsp

How to make party potato casserole:

Save 1/2 of margarine. Mix with corn flakes. Mix all remaining ingredients in a 9 1/2 x 13-inch pan. Top with flakes and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
