- sour cream - 1 pt
- 1/2 sticks melted butter - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- salt garlic - 1 tsp
How to make hash browns:
Mix ingredients well; reserve 3/4 of butter and part of corn flakes for the top. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Potato.
