Vegetable medley
Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- soup can milk - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 4 oz
- small onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- medium zucchini - 2 item
- medium carrots - 4 item
- Stove Top stuffing - 1 pkg
- medium yellow summer squash - 2 item
How to make vegetable medley:
Slice vegetables and chop onion. Saute vegetables and onion in butter until tender. In a large Corning Ware casserole, put in vegetables. Mix milk with soup and pour over top. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese. Prepare Stove Top stuffing as directed on package. Beat egg into stuffing and place on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for approximately 40 to 45 minutes, until bubbly. Serves 4 to 6 people.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
