Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • finely chopped pecans - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped pimento - 1 Tbsp
  • dash of cayenne - 1 item
  • green pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • shredded sharp cheese - 2 c

How to make party cheese ball:

Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar cheese, mixing well. Add pimento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and seasonings; mix well. Chill. Shape into ball; roll in nuts.

Variation: Roll in finely chopped parsley or dried beef.
