- container Cool Whip - 1 (9
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- chopped nuts pecans - 1 c
- boxes lemon instant pudding - 3 item
- Layer 1:1 18 oz
- Layer 2:3 c
- Layer 3: shredded coconut
- cherries, if desired - 1 item
How to make lemon lush:
Mix together and bake at 350° until golden brown.Layer 1:1 (18 oz.) carton cream cheese1 c. powdered sugar1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip Mix and put 1/2 mixture on crust.Layer 2:3 c. milk3 boxes lemon instant pudding Mix well and pour over first layer.Layer 3: shredded coconut chopped pecans cherries, if desired Use remaining half of Cool Whip mixture.
