Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- green pepper if desired - 1 item
- garlic salt or powder - 1/2 tsp
- onion if desired - 1 item
- pimento if desired - 1 item
- grated cheese mild - 3 c
- chopped pecans to coat cheese ball - 1 c
How to make cheese balls:
Mix all ingredients. Shape into balls. Coat with pecans. Serve with crackers. Can be sealed in airtight container and refrigerate ahead. Makes 2 cheese balls.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
