Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • green pepper if desired - 1 item
  • garlic salt or powder - 1/2 tsp
  • onion if desired - 1 item
  • pimento if desired - 1 item
  • grated cheese mild - 3 c
  • chopped pecans to coat cheese ball - 1 c

How to make cheese balls:

Mix all ingredients. Shape into balls. Coat with pecans. Serve with crackers. Can be sealed in airtight container and refrigerate ahead. Makes 2 cheese balls.
