Parmesan chicken
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- onion salt - 1/4 tsp
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp
- , cut up - 1 broiler-fryer
- coarsely crushed saltines - 3/4 c
- evaporated milk or regular milk - 3 Tbsp
How to make parmesan chicken:
Combine all ingredients except milk, oil and chicken in a shallow dish. In another dish, combine milk and oil. Dip chicken pieces into milk mixture, then roll in Parmesan mixture. Place chicken, skin side up, in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
