Chicken enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- can chopped green chilies - 1 item
- garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- shredded Jack cheese - 2 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion powder to taste - 1 item
- large chicken, cooked, deboned and chopped - 1 item
- frozen tortillas, thawed and broken in pieces - 1 pkg
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Make soup mixture in bowl with all ingredients except chicken, tortillas and cheese. Line casserole in layers 3 times: tortillas, chicken, soup, and cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly at 350°. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
