  • carton sour cream - 1 item
  • Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
  • chili powder - 1 tsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • chicken broth - 1 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • can chopped green chilies - 1 item
  • garlic powder to taste - 1 item
  • shredded Jack cheese - 2 c
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • onion powder to taste - 1 item
  • large chicken, cooked, deboned and chopped - 1 item
  • frozen tortillas, thawed and broken in pieces - 1 pkg

How to make chicken enchiladas:

Make soup mixture in bowl with all ingredients except chicken, tortillas and cheese. Line casserole in layers 3 times: tortillas, chicken, soup, and cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly at 350°. Serves 8.
