Mexican lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 item
- water - 1/4 c
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- sliced pitted ripe olives - 1/2 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- shredded lettuce - 1 item
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- chopped tomato - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- flour tortillas - 4 item
- shredded Mozzarella - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar - 1 c
How to make mexican lasagna:
Brown ground beef and green pepper; drain. Add soup mix, chili powder, tomato sauce, tomato paste, olives and water. Simmer. Place 2 tortillas in 12 x 7-inch baking dish. Top with half meat mixture and half both cheeses. Repeat. Bake at 350°Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Lasagna.
