Oven fried potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- each: garlic powder and paprika - 1/2 tsp
- large, unpeeled potatoes, cut into 8 wedges each - 8 item
How to make oven fried potatoes:
Prepare potatoes. Mix remaining ingredients to make a baste. Arrange potato wedges, peel side down, in 2-inch shallow baking pan. Baste with mixture. Bake in preheated 375° oven for 45 minutes until golden brown and tender. Baste occasionally with oil mixture. Serves 8.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Potato, Vegetables.
