  • Duncan Hines Butter Recipe yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
  • dairy sour cream - 1 c
  • Crisco oil - 1/2 c
  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • water - 1/4 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • chopped pecans
  • brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • In a large mixing bowl, blend together cake mix, sour cream, oil, 1/4 cup sugar and eggs
  • milk - 2 Tbsp

How to make sock it to me cake:

Filling:1 c. chopped pecans2 Tbsp. brown sugar2 tsp. cinnamon Preheat oven to 375°. In a large mixing bowl, blend together cake mix, sour cream, oil, 1/4 cup sugar and eggs. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Pour 2/3 of the batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.

Combine filling ingredients and sprinkle over batter in pan. Spread remaining batter evenly over filling. Bake at 375° for 45 to 55 minutes until cake springs back when touched lightly. Cool right side up for about 25 minutes, then remove from pan.Glaze:1 c. confectioners sugar2 Tbsp. milk Blend. Drizzle over cake.
