Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- container Ricotta cheese - 1 (15
- lemon extract or flavoring - 1 tsp
- pie shell Pillsbury - 1 item
How to make italian cheese pie:
Note: Can top with any topping or sprinkle powdered sugar on top.Cream the Ricotta cheese and eggs; add sugar, flour and lemon extract until well blended. (Use 1 pie shell.) Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until done. Test with knife into pie to see if it is done. If knife comes out clean, pie is done. Cool. Add topping or sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
Note: Cover ends of pie shell with foil to avoid dark browning.
