Paprika - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Flour - 3/4 c
Pepper - 1/4 tsp
melted Butter - 1/2 c
Corn Meal - 1/2 c
cut up Chicken - 2 pkg

How to make oven fried chicken:

Cut Chicken into serving pieces. Combine Flour, Corn Meal, Salt, Pepper and Paprika in a large bowl with a cover. Shake well, so that all is well mixed. Place two pieces of Chicken in the flour mixture at a time. Shake so that all the Chicken is well coated. Put the melted Butter in the bottom of a baking dish (large). Arrange the Chicken in the baking dish. In a preheated oven set at 350 bake for 1 hour. Turn the Chicken several times during baking. Make sure they are browned even.
