Ingredients/Components
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 3 C
- Pepper
- Butter - 3 tbsp
- Small Onion, chopped - 1 item
- Medium Potatoes, peeled and sliced - 6 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Mix butter, flour and milk in saucepan, stir over low heat until creamy. Lay half of the potatoes and onions in a greased cassarole dish. Pour half of the mixture over potatoes, then add another layer of potates and onions, then add remaining mixture. Bake at 350° covered for about an hour, uncover bake till golden brown.
