- salt - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- light corn syrup - 1/4 c
- brown sugar, packed - 1 c
- butter oleo - 1/2 c
- 15 c
How to make oven caramel corn:
Put popped corn in a large shallow pan (cookie sheet). Heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt until bubbly around edges. Continue cooking for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in soda until foamy.
