  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • light corn syrup - 1/4 c
  • brown sugar, packed - 1 c
  • butter oleo - 1/2 c
  • 15 c

How to make oven caramel corn:

Put popped corn in a large shallow pan (cookie sheet). Heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt until bubbly around edges. Continue cooking for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in soda until foamy. Pour over popped corn and stir to coat. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
