Oven caramel corn
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- popped corn - 8 9
- white syrup - 1/2 c
- oleo - 1 c
How to make oven caramel corn:
Boil all ingredients, except corn and soda, for 5 minutes, mixing well and stirring. Remove from heat and add soda. Stir in quickly. Pour over popped corn. Mix well. Put in 2 large, flat pans and place in a 250° oven for 1 hour. Be sure to stir 2 or 3 times. Store in lightly closed container.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Gluten Free.
