Oven barbecued ribs
Ingredients/Components
- water
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/3 c
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- catsup - 1 c
- Tabasco sauce - 1 tsp
How to make oven barbecued ribs:
Salt ribs; place in shallow roasting pan, meaty side up. Roast at 425° about 30 minutes. Drain excess fat from pan. Pour sauce over ribs for 1 hour. (After the first 30 minutes, reduce heat to 400°.)Recipe categories: Meat, Pork, Kwanzaa.
