Ingredients/Components
- olive or vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- envelope Lipton onion recipe soup mix - 1 item
- potatoes, cut in large chunks - 2 lb
How to make oven baked potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. In large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake until evenly coated. Empty potatoes into shallow baking or roasting pan. Discard bag. Bake, stirring occasionally for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Garnish if desired with parsley. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Side dish.
