Ingredients/Components
- olive or vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
- potatoes, cut in large chunks - 2 lb
How to make onion roasted potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. Add all ingredients and put in large plastic bag or bowl. Shake or toss in bowl until potatoes are covered. Empty into shallow pan and bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until tender and golden brown. Garnish with fresh, chopped parsley. Serves 8.
