Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1 c
- salt - 3 tsp
- lemon juice - 3/4 c
- paprika - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt - 2 tsp
- dried leaf oregano - 2 tsp
- broiler-fryer chickens, halved - 4 item
How to make oven-baked chicken:
Melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in lemon juice, garlic salt, paprika and oregano. Place chickens in baking pan coated with Pam. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour butter sauce over chickens.
