- granulated sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/3 c
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/3 c
- chicken wings - 10 item
How to make oriental chicken wings:
Separate each chicken wing into 3 sections, discarding the tip section. Rinse, then pat with paper towels. In an electric skillet, combine soy sauce, water, sugar and ginger; bring to a boil. Add chicken wing pieces. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, for 30 minutes, stirring often. Remove cover; simmer 15 to 30 minutes or until chicken separates from bone.
