Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- pkg - 1 lb
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- flour
- orange juice - 1 c
How to make orange carrots:
Slice carrots into thin rounds and cook until tender. Drain. Mix sugar and flour. Add orange juice. Cook until thickened. Pour over carrot slices. Add butter or margarine. Simmer 10 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Side dish, Oranges, Citrus.
