  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla
  • pkg - 3 oz
  • milk - 6 Tbsp
  • butter or margarine - 1 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • lemon juice - 3 Tbsp

How to make cheesecake bars:

Combine first 3 ingredients for crumb mixture. Reserve 1 cup. Put into 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Mix the rest of the ingredients with mixer. Add to baked crumbs; put leftover cup of crumb mixture on top of cheese mix and bake at 350° for 25 more minutes.
