Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
- thyme leaves optional - 1 tsp
- all-purpose potatoes, quartered - 2 lb
How to make onion roasted potatoes:
In shallow baking or roasting pan, thoroughly blend all ingredients, except potatoes. Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly. Bake, stirring potatoes occasionally, for 60 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Can be garnished with parsley.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low cholesterol, Vegetables.
