Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated cheese
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- pared and sliced potatoes - 1 qt
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Place half of the potatoes in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with half of each ingredient. Repeat the procedure and add milk so that potatoes are just covered. Cover; bake at 350° for about 40 minutes. Remove cover; continue to bake 40 minutes longer or until tender-brown. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
