Onion roasted potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- olive oil or vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- envelope Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item
- potatoes, peeled - 2 lb
How to make onion roasted potatoes:
Cut potatoes into chunks. In large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake until well coated. Empty potatoes into shallow baking dish. Bake 40 minutes at 450°, stirring occasionally. Garnish, if desired, with chopped parsley. Yield: 8 servings.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low cholesterol, Vegetables.
