Ingredients/Components
- envelope Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item
- lbs all purpose potatoes cut into large chunks - 2 item
- c olive or canola oil - 1/3 item
How to make onion roasted potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake, or toss in bowl, until evenly coated. Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam: arrange potatoes in pan; discard bag. Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
