Onion roasted potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
- potatoes, cut in large chunks - 2 lb
How to make onion roasted potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. In a large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake until potatoes are coated. Empty into a baking pan. Discard bag. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low cholesterol, Vegetables.
