Oven roasted potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
- potatoes, cut into large chunks - 2 lb
How to make oven roasted potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. In large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes into shallow baking pan. Bake stirring occasionally 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Garnish with parsley if desired. Makes about 8 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
