Caramel pudding cake
Ingredients/Components
- oleo, softened - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1/2 c
- flour
- salt - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- raisins - 1/2 c
- packed brown sugar - 1 c
- cold water - 2 c
How to make caramel pudding cake:
Cream butter and sugar. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamy mixture with milk. Stir until smooth. Stir in raisins and spread in a greased 8-inch square pan. Combine brown sugar and cold water. Pour over batter. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm. Makes 9 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low protein.
