Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- potatoes - 2 lb
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
How to make onion roasted potatoes:
Wash and scrub potatoes; cut in chunks. In large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Shake until all potatoes are coated. Empty potatoes in shallow baking pan. Bake at 400° about 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Garnish with chopped parsley.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low cholesterol, Vegetables.
