Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- slightly beaten eggs - 2 item
- grated cheese - 2 c
- scalded milk
- crushed saltine crackers
- sliced onions - 3 c
How to make onion pie:
Mix the crackers and butter together and put in 10-inch pie plate. Put onions in skillet. Cover with water and simmer 15 minutes until transparent. Drain well. Put into crust. Stir eggs and milk.
