Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 3/4 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- grated cheese - 2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1/2 pkg
- carrot, grated - 1 item
- can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- squash or 2 10 oz
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash until soft enough to mash. Add all ingredients except bread crumbs and 1 cup grated cheese. Mix 1 cup cheese and bread crumbs together and sprinkle on top. Dot with butter. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
