- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- quick cooking rolled oats - 1 c
How to make oatmeal muffins:
Soak oats in buttermilk. Mix all ingredients together. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
