Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 c
- sugar - 1/4 c
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- quick cooking oats - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- milk - 1 c
- salad oil - 3 Tbsp
How to make oatmeal muffins:
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add oats, slightly beaten egg, milk and oil. Stir just to moisten. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400° about 15 minutes. Yields 10 to 12.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
