Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- Bisquick baking mix
- mashed ripe bananas about 3 large
How to make one pan banana bread:
Heat oven to 350°. Generously grease bottom of loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3 inches). Stir all ingredients in pan with fork until moistened; beat vigorously 1 minute. Bake until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 65 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Run knife or metal spatula around sides of loaf to loosen; remove from pan.
