Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- chopped walnuts
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- Pam spray - 1 item
- tea size muffin tin - 1 item
How to make nut cups:
Filling:1/2 c. chopped walnuts3/4 c. brown sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla1 egg pinch of salt Cream butter or margarine and cream cheese. Add flour, mix well. Makes 24 small balls, approximately 1-inch round. Mold into cups in tin. Mix all filling ingredients together and fill cups. Bake until tops begin to crack, cool. Use sharp pointed knife to release cups from tin. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
