Fresh peach pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- pkg - 3 oz
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- cornstarch
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- large ripe peaches, peeled and sliced - 6 item
How to make fresh peach pie:
Mix oil and milk together and add salt, sugar and flour. Pack into 9 or 10-inch pie pan. Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes; prick crust where sides meet bottom before baking. Cool. Cook until clear (5 minutes) sugar, water and cornstarch. Add peach Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Cool. Line bottom of cooled crust with peach slices, alternating in crust with cooled Jell-O mixture, making sure all peaches are covered. Set at least 6 hours in refrigerator.
