- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- heavy cream - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- juice of one lemon - 1 item
How to make new york cheesecake:
Crust:1/2 c. butter1 tsp. baking powder1 egg1 c. flour Crust: Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, baking powder and flour. Beat to cookie dough consistency. Press into 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes until brown.Cake: Combine cheese and sugar until very well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add flour, lemon juice and cream. Continue beating until very well blended. Pour into crust-lined pan. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
