Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cream cheese
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- chopped nuts - 1/2 1
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 lb
- 1 oz - 1 sq
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- unsweetened chocolate - 1 sq
- Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan
- Blend until smooth and fluffy
How to make mississippi mud:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan. In large saucepan or microwave melt butter and chocolate. Add remaining bar ingredients, mix well. Spread in pan.Filling:8 oz. cream cheese (cut 2 oz. off and reserve)1/2 c. sugar2 Tbsp. flour1/4 c. butter1 egg1/2 tsp. vanilla In small bowl, combine 6 ounces of cream cheese with other filling ingredients. Blend until smooth and fluffy. Spread over chocolate layer. Top with 6 ounces of chocolate chips. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. After basic bar batter has baked, sprinkle with 2 cups mini marshmallows. Bake 2 minutes.Frosting:1/4 c. butter1 sq. unsweetened chocolate remaining 2 oz. cream cheese1/4 c. milk1 lb. confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla In large saucepan melt butter, chocolate, cream cheese and milk.
